LA2-RC2-HUV Dual Blower Commercial Air Purifier

The LA2-RC2-HUV is a versatile commercial air purifier with an air volume range of 200-900 CFM. These units can be stacked to provide any amount of air purification needed. Whether deployed individually or in a group, they will provide the volume and type of filtration required. Each unit includes 1/4 20 nut inserts for a variety of mounting options. This is a stainless-steel air purification system. We only use high-quality components. The unit can weigh up to 120 pounds and comes in both black and white vinyl-clad finishes.

The 4-step Filtration Process:

To achieve maximum air sanitization, the LA2-RC2-HUV combines three technologies. Dual reverse curve blowers draw air into the LA2. A pre-filter is used to remove large particles and debris from the air stream. The prefilter has a MERV2 rating.

The air is then routed through a True HEPA mini pleat filter. The HEPA filter has a 99.97% efficiency to 0.3 microns. This effectively removes almost all smoke, dust, viruses, and other indoor pollutants from the air stream.

The treated air is now filtered through a carbon filter, which removes VOCs from the airstream. After passing through the first carbon filter, the air stream enters a UVGI (Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation) chamber. This chamber is lit by four high-intensity UVC lamps. Any microbial elements that enter this chamber are destroyed or altered in such a way that they can no longer replicate. The germ-free air is then passed through a second carbon filter, which removes any odors

MERV2 Pre-filter:

The minimum efficiency reporting value (MERV) rating of an air filter indicates how effectively the filter prevents dust and other contaminants from passing through the filter and into the air stream. Higher MERV rating filters trap small particles more effectively than lower MERV rating filters.

With a MERV2 rating, this filter is effective for use as a prefilter in commercial air purifiers. It is also suitable for residential furnaces and window air conditioning units. The filter successfully traps pollen, dust mites, sanding dust, and textile fibers filtering down to 10.0-micron size. However, once paired with a True HEPA filter, the MERV2 prefilters can help an air purifier sweep down to 0.30 microns.

Commercial True HEPA filter:

The 6′′ commercial true HEPA filter offers the finest air filtration in a single cycle. It will remove 99.97% of all foreign particles from the air in your business. This filter measures 20′′ x 16′′ x 6′′. The filter is housed in a galvanized steel frame and has a low back pressure of 0.60 WG.

When you require an extra level of cleanliness, choose our Commercial True HEPA. This filter is capable of producing clean room results. This filter would be ideal for removing fine dust from sensitive manufacturing environments. This filter is frequently used to remove smoke from the air stream. It can filter out particles as small as 0.30 microns.
